Job Summary:

Pfizer is seeking a Neuroscience Health & Science Professional (HSP) to join its team in advancing therapies for patients, specifically in the Migraine therapeutic area. This role focuses on increasing territory sales, building strong customer relationships, and managing business strategies to ensure the delivery of effective treatments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Territory Management:

    • Drive sales within the assigned territory, covering Mount Pleasant and surrounding areas (Traverse City, Petoskey, Alpena, Ste Saint Marie).
    • Develop and implement business plans and strategies to maximize territory sales.
    • Build and maintain relationships with customers, engaging both in-person and virtually.
    • Identify and execute engagement strategies to meet customer needs.
  • Customer Engagement and Promotion:

    • Educate healthcare providers on both branded and unbranded products, using scientifically grounded disease state information.
    • Leverage digital and virtual tools for effective communication and customer engagement.
    • Utilize internal reports and analytics to identify business opportunities and refine strategies.
  • Team Collaboration:

    • Work with cross-functional internal teams to address customer needs and ensure business objectives are met.
    • Collaborate effectively with various departments to address inquiries and promote Pfizer’s products.
  • Compliance and Reporting:

    • Ensure all sales and promotional activities comply with Pfizer policies and relevant healthcare regulations.
    • Complete all administrative tasks accurately and on time.

Qualifications:

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional sales, promotional activity, or relevant healthcare/scientific experience (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, PT, OT).
  • Ability to work remotely and manage a territory.
  • Valid US driver’s license and compliance with company driving standards.
  • Ability to travel to all accounts/office locations within the territory.

Nice-to-Have:

  • 1 year of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical sales experience.
  • Strong track record in sales success and territory management.
  • Familiarity with disease states and therapeutic areas relevant to the role.
  • Experience with healthcare providers, institutions, and organizations within the territory.
