Schedule:

  • Weekly 4 - 10 hour shifts: 8a-6p or 10:30a-8:30p

Salary:

  • $120,000 - $135,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately prepare, fill, and package medications for final dispensing to patients
  • Review completed orders and cycle-fill medications to ensure accuracy
  • Verify the legality and feasibility of dispensing medications based on patient needs
  • Adhere to Federal and State Board of Pharmacy regulations
  • Transfer prescriptions and collaborate with patients, doctors, and nurses to resolve inquiries
  • Evaluate inventory levels and place orders as needed
  • Supervise technicians and provide performance feedback
  • Log medication errors and ensure continuous improvement
  • Other duties as required

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required
  • State Pharmacist License required without restrictions
  • 1+ years of related pharmacy experience
  • Advanced computer skills and pharmacy operations system experience preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and solve problems with minimal direction
  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented approach
