Job Summary
Medpace is seeking a full-time eClinical Coordinator to join the Data Management / eClinical team in Navi Mumbai. This role supports clinical studies by ensuring accurate and high-quality patient-reported data. The position is ideal for professionals who value a structured, process-driven work environment and possess strong attention to detail. New hires receive comprehensive onboarding and training to develop expertise in eClinical operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the eClinical Project Manager with system design, configuration, and study setup
Prepare and maintain study-specific documentation
Track study progress, generate key performance metrics, and support project monitoring activities
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and address study-related queries
Perform additional data management tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field
Strong attention to detail with working proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
Knowledge of medical terminology
Experience Required: 1–2 years in a pharmaceutical company or Clinical Research Organization (CRO) preferred
