Job Summary:
Medpace is actively hiring a full-time, office-based eClinical Coordinator to join its Data Management / eClinical team in Navi Mumbai, India. In this role, you'll work closely with eClinical Project Managers to ensure the accuracy and integrity of patient-reported data in clinical studies. The position offers a highly structured and detail-oriented work environment, ideal for individuals who thrive on precision and consistency. New hires undergo a comprehensive onboarding and training program to ensure full preparedness for success.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Project Manager in the design and setup of eClinical systems
Prepare study-specific documentation
Monitor and track project performance metrics
Liaise with clients to gather requirements and respond to inquiries
Participate in other assigned tasks and cross-functional projects
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field
High attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Familiarity with medical terminology
1–2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical, clinical research, or CRO setting preferred
No travel required
