Job Overview

Medpace, a global full-service Clinical Research Organization (CRO), is expanding its operations and is seeking a detail-oriented eClinical Coordinator to join its Data Management / eClinical team in Navi Mumbai, India. This is a full-time, office-based role offering structured training, long-term career growth, and exposure to global clinical trials.

The eClinical Coordinator will work closely with the eClinical Project Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and quality of patient-reported clinical data. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a standardized, process-driven environment and have a strong interest in clinical research and data management.

New hires undergo a comprehensive onboarding and training program, enabling them to develop subject-matter expertise in eClinical systems and processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the eClinical Project Manager in system design, configuration, and study setup

  • Develop and maintain study-specific documentation

  • Track, analyze, and report key study metrics and project monitoring data

  • Collaborate with sponsors and clients to gather requirements and address queries

  • Ensure compliance with clinical data management standards and SOPs

  • Perform additional project-related tasks as assigned


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a health-related discipline (Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Clinical Research, or equivalent)

  • 1–2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical company or CRO environment (preferred)

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Sound understanding of medical terminology

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based, regulated environment
