Role Summary:
The eClinical Coordinator will work with the eClinical Project Manager and team members to ensure the accuracy and quality of patient-reported data in clinical studies. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals seeking a structured, standardized work environment and provides extensive training for new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in system design and setup for clinical studies.

  • Create study-specific documents.

  • Track and provide key study metrics and support project monitoring.

  • Interact with clients to obtain requirements and respond to inquiries.

  • Perform other projects and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Working knowledge of Excel and Word.

  • Knowledge of medical terminology.

  • 1–2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or CRO setting preferred.
