About the Role
Join Teva Pharmaceuticals as a Medical Writing Associate, based in Bangalore. You will be part of the global medical writing team responsible for creating, reviewing, and refining clinical and regulatory documentation that supports drug development and product registrations. As an entry-level yet impactful position, you’ll contribute to submission-quality materials and develop foundational skills in scientific communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write and edit medical documents including clinical study reports, regulatory summaries, and publication-ready manuscripts.

  • Ensure scientific accuracy, clarity, and alignment with regulatory guidelines (e.g., ICH, GCP, FDA).

  • Support senior medical writers and collaborate with cross-functional teams—clinical, regulatory, safety—to gather data for content creation.

  • Maintain consistency in content formatting, referencing, nomenclature, and templates.

  • Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with Teva’s editorial and style standards.

  • Assist with template creation and adoption of best practices in team processes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences (Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, etc.).

  • Prior exposure to medical writing, clinical research, or regulatory documentation is a plus.

  • Exceptional English writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to interpret clinical data, draft balanced scientific content, and apply formatting and citation standards.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and reference management tools.

  • Team-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and eagerness to learn in a corporate environment.
