Position Overview
The Medical Writer II (Funding e-Request) supports external funding processes and documentation.
Responsibilities include managing and maintaining funding databases, performing quality control (QC) checks on Investigator-Initiated Study (IIS) requests, and ensuring accurate, timely documentation within client platforms.
The role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, along with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Experience Requirement
3–4 years of professional experience in the healthcare or life sciences domain
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update client databases, learning platforms, and other web-based systems for data consistency
Perform QC checks on IIS requests and ensure compliance with internal and client standards
Provide input during project plan development and contribute to milestone tracking
Create, manage, and regularly update resource tracking sheets and status reports
Ensure the project team clearly understands client requirements and deliverables
Draft and update Work Instructions (WIs) as per the request management system
Review all deliverables for accuracy, clarity, and consistency prior to client submission
Support project execution and assist the team lead in managing daily tasks
Identify and escalate potential risks to project delivery with actionable solutions
Build and maintain effective professional relationships with client teams
Demonstrate accountability, diligence, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outputs

Candidate Profile
Education: Postgraduate degree in Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences from a recognized institute
Domain Knowledge: Background in pharmaceutical/healthcare sector
Technical Proficiency:
Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent oral and written communication
Attention to detail and quality focus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams
Demonstrated enthusiasm, proactivity, and professional integrity
