Compensation:

Position Overview:
IQVIA, a global leader in human data science, is hiring a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) with experience in Oncology to support its mission of improving patient outcomes. This field-based role is a key scientific and medical expert resource responsible for engaging healthcare professionals, supporting clinical trials, and facilitating scientific exchange in a compliant and non-promotional manner.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver field-based medical support for client-sponsored clinical trials and research programs

  • Engage and build relationships with investigators and site staff to understand and overcome medical enrollment barriers

  • Provide scientific presentations and educational support on the company's pipeline and relevant disease areas

  • Collaborate closely with Site Management & Monitoring staff for trial initiation and ongoing support

  • Offer guidance and clinical insights to investigators for protocol adherence and study success

  • Report field intelligence, competitor landscape, and insights to internal stakeholders

  • Support advisory boards, congresses, symposia, and educational initiatives

  • Facilitate investigator-initiated study (IIS) processes and engage with KOLs

  • Attend and represent the company at scientific meetings, providing compliant, evidence-based information

  • Assist physicians with compassionate use or named patient access requests

  • Ensure all activities adhere to IQVIA, client, and legal compliance standards

  • Maintain accurate records, data entry in CRM, and territory management


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Oncology therapeutic experience strongly preferred

  • Prior experience as an MSL or in a clinical/medical affairs role in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry

  • Ability to communicate complex scientific content clearly and accurately

  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and presentation skills

  • Excellent project and territory management capabilities

  • Proven experience in developing KOL engagement strategies

  • Familiarity with FDA, GCP, and other applicable industry regulations

  • Willingness to travel as required for territory coverage and scientific events
