Medical Science Liaison Neurology

About the Job:
In Sanofi Specialty Care North Europe, we aim to improve lives and transform the practice of medicine across Rare Diseases, Oncology, Neurology, Rare Blood Disorders, and Immunology. As a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) in Neurology, you will act as an extension of the medical function in the field, building constructive partnerships, engaging in scientific information exchange, and supporting the execution of the medical strategy.

Key Deliverables:

  • Develop and implement HCP and KOL engagement plans.

  • Maintain accurate HCP engagement reports within CRM systems.

  • Generate valuable insights for internal strategic use.

Interdependencies:

  • Collaborate with Neurology Medical Advisors, Medical Managers, RWE, HEVA, Pharmacovigilance, CSU, MedInfo.

  • Coordinate with Commercial Operations, Market Access, and Public Affairs.

  • Engage with external stakeholders including HCPs, scientific experts, patient organizations, and health authorities, aligned with Swedish and Danish teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Engage proactively and reactively with healthcare professionals and institutions through omnichannel interactions.

  • Conduct one-to-one and group scientific engagements in Neurology.

  • Organize KOL and HCP group meetings such as hospital staff meetings and webinars, in line with Sweden and Denmark Neurology Medical Plans.

  • Build and maintain trusted scientific partnerships with healthcare professionals and institutions.

  • Communicate clinical value of Neurology pipeline assets and products to relevant decision-makers.

  • Provide high-quality, balanced, and accurate responses to unsolicited scientific information requests.

  • Support investigator-initiated research (IIR) submissions and manage local advisory boards.

  • Execute individual stakeholder engagement plans aligned with the Neurology Medical Plan.

  • Gather actionable insights and propose data-driven solutions.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally while ensuring full compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.

About You:

Education:

  • MD, Pharmacist/PharmD, PhD, or Master of Science degree required.

Experience:

  • Expertise in stakeholder strategy, planning, and engagement.

Languages:

  • Intermediate proficiency in business English (spoken and written).

  • Native or mother tongue proficiency in Swedish.

  • Danish language skills considered an advantage.
