Job Summary:

Eli Lilly and Company Mexico is seeking an experienced and dynamic Medical Science Liaison (MSL) Manager to lead a team of professionals dedicated to engaging with the medical community. The ideal candidate will possess deep pharmaceutical industry knowledge, proven leadership abilities, and a passion for science and innovation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of MSLs, providing guidance, support, and professional development.
  • Strategic Development: Develop and implement strategies to maximize the impact of the MSL activities with the medical community.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and clinical development teams to ensure alignment with strategies and objectives.
  • Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Engagement: Identify and build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in therapeutic areas of interest.
  • Scientific Information Delivery: Provide accurate, current scientific information to healthcare professionals about Lilly products.
  • Market Insight: Monitor and analyze the market to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with company regulations and policies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with leadership experience in managing teams.
  • Therapeutic Knowledge: Strong understanding of the therapeutic areas relevant to Lilly’s products.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is required.
