Overview:
The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) will be responsible for building and maintaining enduring, value-based, trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals and institutions in the field of Immunology. The role will support Sanofi's medical strategy for the assigned portfolio across approved indications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build and develop trusted partnerships through scientific engagement within the immunology therapeutic area.

  • Engage proactively and reactively with healthcare professionals, payers, and institutions.

  • Execute the Country Medical Plan aligned with global and regional strategies.

  • Generate actionable and valuable insights and propose field-based solutions.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.

  • Ensure full compliance with corporate and local compliance frameworks.

  • Share timely, actionable insights on the external healthcare environment.

About You:

Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a medical role.

  • Previous experience as an MSL is highly beneficial.

  • Experience in Immunology therapeutic area preferred.

  • Knowledge of type-2 inflammatory diseases (atopic dermatitis, asthma, etc.) is advantageous.

Education:

  • Advanced scientific degree: PhD, Master's, MBChB, or Pharmacist degree.

Essential Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license (mandatory).

  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of pharmacovigilance and local regulatory processes.

  • Ability to build strategic plans and implement medical initiatives.

  • Familiarity with omnichannel tools and communication via digital platforms.

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong negotiation and networking capabilities.

  • Ability to maintain professional relationships with key opinion leaders.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

  • High ethical standards and integrity.

  • Team-oriented, collaborative approach.

Languages:

  • Fluency in spoken and written business English.

Travel Requirements:

  • Extensive travel within the assigned territory (approximately 60-70%).

  • Occasional national and international scientific meeting attendance.
