Shift: 12-hour shift (5:00 AM–5:00 PM or 5:00 PM–5:00 AM, includes every other weekend)

As a Bio Manufacturing Operator, you’ll support production of cutting-edge biologics designed to improve the health and lives of companion animals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and monitor core biologics manufacturing operations, including:

    • Media and buffer preparation

    • Upstream and downstream processing

    • Final formulation, fill/finish, and packaging

  • Adhere to strict GMP standards (USDA/FDA/EMA)

  • Perform aseptic manipulations and maintain sterile environments

  • Follow SOPs and batch records accurately

  • Conduct equipment prep, maintenance, and documentation

  • Collaborate with Quality Control for sampling and environmental monitoring

  • Continuously support process improvements and team initiatives


Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Basic proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office, Windows)

  • Demonstrated teamwork, initiative, reliability, and positive attitude

  • Ability to wear PPE and follow cleanroom gowning procedures


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, engineering, or related field

  • Experience in a GMP-compliant biomanufacturing environment

  • Hands-on exposure to techniques such as:

    • Cell culture and fermentation

    • Aseptic processing

    • Chromatography, TFF, or fill/finish

  • Understanding of USDA, FDA, and EU regulations for veterinary biologics

  • Strong mechanical aptitude


Compensation & Shift Premiums:

  • Weekend shift: +4% premium

  • Work outside scheduled shift: +10% premium

  • Eligible for annual bonus
