Overview

This field-based role engages with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication of clinical data and facilitating patient access to BMS therapies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Medical Engagement: Build relationships with thought leaders and HCPs, sharing clinical insights and educational content pre- and peri-launch.
  • Clinical Trials: Support trial feasibility, site selection, and recruitment while providing real-world evidence and insights to internal teams.
  • Collaboration: Work across cross-functional teams to align medical strategies and engage with medical societies and advocacy groups.
  • Education & Support: Serve as a resource for HCPs by addressing scientific inquiries and delivering expert clinical knowledge.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: MD, DO, PharmD, DNP, or PhD with 3+ years of experience in hematology or as an MSL in lymphoma/multiple myeloma. Cell therapy experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and technological proficiency with a commitment to staying current on industry trends.
  • Travel: Majority of time spent in the field; must meet company driver requirements.

  • Salary Range: $150,000–$200,000 + incentive cash and stock options.
