Job Purpose:

As a Sales Representative, you will develop and implement a business sales plan for individual customers—Healthcare Practitioners (HCPs)—to drive growth. You will set short-term objectives for customer calls while aiming for long-term goals, executing territory business plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for the designated division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit assigned Healthcare Practitioners (HCPs) and pharmacy stores daily.

  • Scan the territory environment to identify and establish channels for increasing access to GSK products.

  • Position brands effectively using strategic inputs and promotional activities recommended by Marketing, along with market intelligence.

  • Conduct forecasting and inventory management at the distributor level.

  • Follow company guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all internal and external business activities.

  • Prepare and execute a business plan aligned with territory performance and strategic objectives.

Requirements:

Knowledge:

  • Acceptable understanding of disease areas, product knowledge, and compliance standards.

  • Solid knowledge of epidemiology and the competitive market landscape.

  • Good business, territory, and planning knowledge.
