Job Overview
Provide post-marketing medical safety expertise for sponsors of pharmaceuticals, devices, and combination products. Responsible for the medical assessment of safety data and for maintaining quality and compliance throughout the safety review process.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct medical review of safety cases, including seriousness, causality, labeling/listedness, adverse event coding, and narrative review.
Document and update case data and feedback in relevant tracking tools.
Manage assigned deliverables in alignment with SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
Provide training and guidance on medical aspects of case processing after 1 year of experience.
Contribute to aggregate and signal analysis in support of case processing.
Foster a culture of high-quality customer service and accountability.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Medical Science, MD, DO, or equivalent medical qualification.
Equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
Language Requirements:
Speaking: English at ILR level 3+
Reading/Writing: English at ILR level 4+
Minimum Experience Required
Solid understanding of medical science, diagnostics, therapeutics, and clinical procedures.
Familiarity with clinical research regulatory standards.
Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications
1 to 2 years of clinical practice experience.
Work Environment
Office or remote-based work setup as per manager discretion.
