Position Overview

The Medical Information Communication Specialist will work under the guidance and supervision of the Regional Medical Information Manager. The role involves academic promotion of products and providing professional support to customers within the assigned area. Responsibilities include customer engagement, academic event planning, and feedback collection to achieve comprehensive performance goals, including professional skills, behavior, compliance, and business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement and Support

  1. Provide timely and accurate professional support to customers, building collaborative partnerships within the company's policies and procedures.
  2. Effectively utilize resources to conduct customer visits and achieve performance objectives.

Academic Promotion and Event Management

  1. Plan and organize academic conferences and promotional events in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Market Feedback and Analysis

  1. Collect and analyze market and customer feedback through management systems and other compliant channels, providing actionable suggestions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  1. Maintain effective communication with managers, colleagues, and other departmental partners to identify and promote collaboration opportunities.

Continuous Learning and Improvement

  1. Continuously enhance professional knowledge and skills through learning opportunities under the guidance of the manager.

Innovation and Optimization

  1. Explore innovative and optimized approaches in alignment with company initiatives and policies.

Additional Duties

  1. Complete other tasks assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

Education

  • Associate degree or higher.
  • Background in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, or related fields preferred.

Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Good command of English.
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork awareness.
  • Willingness and ability to learn and adapt.
  • Self-motivated, able to handle challenges, and manage stress effectively.

Experience

  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.

Integrity

  • Strict adherence to company policies, industry standards, and relevant laws, including but not limited to FCPA (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act) and anti-corruption regulations in mainland China.
  • A clean track record with no prior legal violations.
