Job Description:
The Medical Information Associate role at PrimeVigilance offers a unique opportunity to grow within the pharmaceutical industry by supporting medical inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and internal stakeholders. The role combines scientific communication, customer service, and regulatory compliance in a multilingual, fast-paced environment.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Handle and respond to medical information inquiries in English and ideally one other fluent language

  • Conduct translations and provide language support as needed for clients

  • Respond to medical inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and client departments, using approved resources

  • Serve as a medical call-handling agent, representing clients in a dedicated contact center

  • Research literature and collaborate with physicians to create accurate medical responses

  • Support 24/7 medical information services for clients requiring around-the-clock inquiry handling


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences (e.g., pharmacy, biology, medicine)

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus

  • Fluency in English and at least one additional language

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently with sound judgment

  • Process-oriented with strong critical thinking skills

  • Responsible, proactive approach to tasks
