Job Description:
The Medical Information Associate role at PrimeVigilance offers a unique opportunity to grow within the pharmaceutical industry by supporting medical inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and internal stakeholders. The role combines scientific communication, customer service, and regulatory compliance in a multilingual, fast-paced environment.
Key Accountabilities:
Handle and respond to medical information inquiries in English and ideally one other fluent language
Conduct translations and provide language support as needed for clients
Respond to medical inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and client departments, using approved resources
Serve as a medical call-handling agent, representing clients in a dedicated contact center
Research literature and collaborate with physicians to create accurate medical responses
Support 24/7 medical information services for clients requiring around-the-clock inquiry handling
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in life sciences (e.g., pharmacy, biology, medicine)
Prior customer service experience is a plus
Fluency in English and at least one additional language
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently with sound judgment
Process-oriented with strong critical thinking skills
Responsible, proactive approach to tasks
