Overview:

The Medical Information Associate position at PrimeVigilance provides a unique opportunity to advance your career in medical information. This role involves handling inquiries and providing expert responses in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Inquiry Handling: Manage medical information inquiries in English and, ideally, one additional fluent language.
  • Translation Services: Perform translation activities in your fluent language when requested by clients.
  • Response Preparation: Provide accurate responses to medical inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients, and assist internal departments with queries as needed. This includes call handling as part of the Medical Information call center.
  • Research and Collaboration: Prepare responses based on literature research and collaboration with internal physicians and client departments.
  • Out-of-Hours Support: Participate in providing medical information outside regular hours for clients requiring 24/7 service.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Undergraduate degree in life sciences.
  • Experience: Customer service experience is advantageous.
  • Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English and one additional language.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
  • Skills: Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to solve problems independently.
  • Work Ethic: Process-oriented with critical thinking and a responsible approach to work duties.
