Role Summary:
We are currently seeking a Medical Director (Neurology) to join our expert Medical Affairs team. In this high-impact role, you will provide medical leadership and strategic guidance across clinical projects. You will serve as a subject matter expert in Neurology, ensuring clinical quality, regulatory alignment, and scientific rigor throughout all phases of development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert medical and scientific consultation across all phases of project development.

  • Deliver strategic leadership on clinical trial design, protocol development, and project direction.

  • Ensure medical and safety monitoring processes are compliant with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards.

  • Represent the Medical Affairs function in internal and external business development opportunities.

  • Offer operational management and departmental leadership support in the absence of senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Medical Degree (MD) with board certification in Neurology.

  • Proven clinical practice experience as a Neurologist.

  • Demonstrated leadership in a medical or scientific role within pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.

  • Deep understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks in clinical research.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

  • Experience providing strategic and operational oversight within a medical organization is highly preferred.
