Job Description:
The Medical Director role at EVERSANA INTOUCH involves leading the development of medically sound, strategic promotional and scientific content across digital and print platforms. This includes shaping brand narratives, analyzing clinical data, supporting client strategies, and facilitating regulatory submissions. You will collaborate closely with Account, Planning, and Creative teams, as well as medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) groups to ensure compliance and alignment with client goals. You’ll also identify key medical insights, attend conferences, and advise on new business development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide development of medically accurate and strategic promotional/KOL materials.

  • Lead data-driven storytelling aligned with brand objectives.

  • Support new business pitches and proposals with medical strategy.

  • Provide expertise in disease areas, clinical trials, and competitor landscape.

  • Interpret and communicate complex medical data for internal and client stakeholders.

  • Assist in preparing and refining materials for medical/regulatory review processes.

  • Improve team medical literacy and contribute to POV development for clients.


Qualifications:

  • Education:

    • Advanced degree required: MSci, PhD, MD, or PharmD in a medical sciences-related field.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 4–5 years in scientific communication, medical affairs, or medical education, preferably in an agency or pharmaceutical industry setting.

  • Skills:

    • Strong understanding of clinical practice and data interpretation.

    • Expertise in literature searching and translating complex data into accessible content.

    • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

    • Problem-solving mindset with strong client relationship skills.

    • Native or fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

    • Familiarity with European marketing regulations is highly desirable.
