Medical Contact Center Associate II (French Language)

Overview
Join Fortrea as a Medical Contact Center Associate II and play a critical role in delivering high-quality medical information and pharmacovigilance services. This position is ideal for professionals with strong communication skills in French and English, combined with experience in drug safety, call handling, and medical information management. You will act as a key point of contact for healthcare professionals, patients, and stakeholders while ensuring regulatory compliance and data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
Handle and respond to medical information inquiries, product quality complaints, and general queries via phone, email, or other communication channels in French and English
Receive, document, and report Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs) within defined timelines in accordance with global regulations and internal SOPs
Execute pharmacovigilance and drug safety data management processes, including call intake, documentation, peer review, and case follow-up
Maintain high standards of data quality, accuracy, and compliance across all processed information
Support operational activities such as tracking metrics, performing quality checks, reconciliation of safety data, and process improvements
Develop and update training materials in line with regulatory and procedural changes
Conduct training sessions and evaluate training effectiveness for team members
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of queries and adherence to service level agreements

Required Skills and Competencies
Fluency in French and English (written and verbal)
Strong understanding of pharmacovigilance processes, ICH-GCP guidelines, and global regulatory requirements
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls effectively in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail with strong documentation and reporting capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and safety databases
Ability to work independently as well as within cross-functional teams

Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medical Sciences, or related field
2–3 years of pharmacovigilance/drug safety experience, OR
PharmD with 1–2 years of safety experience, OR
Relevant combination of education and experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO environments

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in medical contact center or call center operations
Background in Medical Affairs, Clinical Data Management, Regulatory Affairs, or Quality Assurance
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and adverse event reporting
Demonstrated ability to analyze and synthesize complex medical information
