Job Overview:

As a Medical Contact Center Associate II, you will respond to medical information queries, product quality complaints, and general inquiries primarily in French. You will manage and document adverse drug reaction reports and perform drug safety data management activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing according to regulatory requirements and internal procedures.


Key Responsibilities:

📞 Call Center & Query Management

  • Respond to medical information and product quality queries in French via telephone, email, fax, etc.

  • Receive, document, and report Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs) within timelines based on regulations and internal SOPs/WIs.

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.

💊 Drug Safety Data Management

  • Execute safety data management processes including call intake, documentation, peer review, and follow-up.

  • Track various types of information and metrics related to safety data and call center operations.

  • Conduct quality control (QC) of defined process steps.

  • Participate in training sessions and verify training effectiveness.

  • Support data reconciliation from multiple sources.

📚 Training & Documentation

  • Create and revise training materials reflecting procedural, system, and regulatory updates.

  • Conduct training sessions and ensure trainees’ understanding and compliance.

Quality & Compliance

  • Take responsibility for the quality of data processed.

  • Ensure adherence to Pharmacovigilance practices, ICH GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.


Minimum Qualifications:

🎓 Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Science, Medical Science, or related field + 2 to 3 years of safety experience.

  • OR BS/BA + 2 to 3 years safety experience.

  • OR MA/MS/PharmD + 1 to 2 years safety experience.

  • OR Associate degree + 4-5 years relevant experience (or 2+ years safety experience).

  • OR Non-degree + 5-6 years relevant experience (or 2+ years safety experience).

  • Safety experience includes processing AE/SAE reports, generating narratives, handling queries, working with safety databases, and regulatory submissions.

  • Relevant experience includes pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO industry exposure in Medical Affairs, Clinical Data Entry/Management, Clinical Monitoring, Regulatory Affairs, or QA.

🗣️ Language Skills:

  • Fluent French (verbal and written) – preferably C level.

  • Fluent English (verbal and written).


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree preferably in Biological Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences, or Chemistry.

  • Experience in call center operations.

  • Strong ability to analyze and synthesize medical information.

  • Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • High accuracy with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently with moderate supervision.

  • Excellent team player.
