Job Title: Medical Contact Center Associate II

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Respond to medical information, product quality complaints, and general queries via phone, email, fax, etc.

  • Receive, document, and report Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs) in accordance with regulations and SOPs.

  • Execute drug safety data management tasks including call intake, documentation, peer review, and case follow-up.

  • Perform tracking of data and metrics, conduct QC checks, provide training, and reconcile data from multiple sources.

  • Develop and update training materials based on system, procedural, or regulation changes.

  • Conduct training sessions and evaluate training effectiveness.

  • Maintain high quality standards for data processing.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.


Qualifications (Minimum Required)

  • Educational Background (any one of the following):

    • Bachelor's or Master's in Pharmacy, Life Science, or Medical Science + 2–3 years safety experience

    • BS/BA + 2–3 years safety experience

    • MA/MS/PharmD + 1–2 years safety experience

    • Associate degree + 4–5 years relevant experience (or 2+ years safety experience)

    • Non-degree + 5–6 years relevant experience (or 2+ years safety experience)

  • Relevant Experience Includes:

    • Adverse Event/Serious Adverse Event processing

    • Narrative generation, query handling, safety databases

    • Regulatory submissions

    • Background in Pharma, Biotech, CRO, Medical Affairs, Clinical Data Entry/Management, Regulatory Affairs, or QA

  • Language: Fluent in English (written and verbal)


Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in: Biological Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences, or Chemistry

  • Prior experience in call center operations

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Strong analytical and medical synthesis skills

  • Familiar with pharmacovigilance practices, ICH GCP guidelines

  • High attention to detail

  • Independent worker with moderate supervision

  • Strong team collaboration skills


Work Environment

  • Office-based or remote, depending on location and role specifics.
