Company Overview: ClinicMind specializes in Healthcare IT and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services, dedicated to optimizing insurance reimbursement for healthcare practices.

Job Title: RCM Data Entry Associate

Responsibilities:

  • Enter billing process data, demographics, charge entry, and EOB/cash posting.
  • Perform denial analysis and document root causes for medical insurance claim denials, underpayments, or delays.
  • Communicate with US-based insurance carriers to follow up on unpaid claims, delayed processing, and underpayments.
  • Plan and execute medical insurance claim denial appeal processes.
  • Collaborate with US-based practice owners and clinicians to correct any missing or incorrect data on insurance claims.
  • Post charges and payments accurately.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in US-based data entry and payment posting.
  • Familiarity with the US medical insurance industry and insurance claims processing cycle.
  • Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPC coding.
  • Understanding of CMS-1500 and UB-04 claim formats.
  • Experience with PIP claims is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with chiropractic, physical therapy, and mental/behavioral health specialties is advantageous.
  • Experience using Vericle software is a plus.
  • Excellent listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.

Requirements:

  • Comfortable working on Eastern Time Zone/US Shift.
  • Reliable high-speed internet access at home.
  • Availability of mobile hotspot for backup internet connectivity.
  • Laptop/Desktop with a minimum of 8 GB RAM.

Note: Candidates must be willing to work on Eastern Time Zone/US Shift.
