Job Responsibilities:

  • Medical Presentations and Training:

    • Create and deliver medical presentations and trainings to various target audiences

    • Provide objective and balanced medical/scientific information to internal and external customers, including Medical Information activities

  • Support for Field and Office Staff:

    • Assist field and office staff with medical and scientific inquiries

  • National Medical Events:

    • Develop, implement, and support national key medical events such as symposia, medical meetings, and Advisory Boards

  • Advertising Materials Review:

    • Ensure that advertising materials are medically and scientifically correct, contextually appropriate, and in line with local medical practices

  • Medical Writing and Publications:

    • Formulate medical/scientific abstracts and publications

  • Clinical Operations Support:

    • Provide medical/scientific support for global and local clinical studies

  • HTA and Reimbursement Support:

    • Assist with HTA activities and reimbursement applications in collaboration with the market access team

    • Support preparation of value dossiers for HTA processes

  • Therapeutic Area Expertise:

    • Stay current on leading-edge medicines and development efforts in the therapeutic area

    • Attend national and international meetings and congresses to gather intelligence and for personal education


Required Qualifications:

  • Education:

    • Relevant scientific degree (medical degree is a plus)

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 3 years in a pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry in a medical affairs role

    • Proven ability to communicate complex scientific data clearly in various settings (face-to-face, virtual, public presentations)

  • Skills and Abilities:

    • Strong networking, planning, and management skills

    • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team

    • Willingness to travel


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Language:

    • Fluency in German and English

  • Additional Experience:

    • Experience in the launch of new products is a plus

    • Specialist in the therapeutic area preferred but not essential
