Job Title: Medical Affairs Professional (Individual Contributor)

Main Purpose of Role

  • Experienced individual contributor working under limited supervision.

  • Applies subject matter expertise in Medical Affairs to support business and clinical needs.

  • Capable of applying knowledge and skills to address specific requirements within the function.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee direction, planning, execution, and data collection for clinical trials and research activities.

  • Contribute to the implementation of clinical protocols and facilitate completion of final study reports.

  • Recruit clinical investigators and negotiate study designs and costs.

  • Direct Phase III & IV human clinical trials for company products under development.

  • Participate in adverse event reporting and safety monitoring responsibilities.

  • Coordinate preparation and submission of reports to regulatory agencies.

  • Monitor adherence to clinical protocols and determine study completion.

  • Coordinate and oversee investigator-initiated and group studies.

  • Act as consultant/liaison with partner corporations under licensing agreements, when required.


Education

  • Minimum Requirement: Associate’s Degree (± 13 years of formal education)


Experience / Background

  • Minimum Requirement: 1 year of relevant experience in Medical Affairs / Clinical Research
