Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Arrange logistics for internal and external travel.
  • Prepare detailed documents and reports for meetings and events.
  • Manage records and files, verify data accuracy, respond to emails, and schedule meetings.

Process Improvement

  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share experiences and implement best practices.
  • Apply process knowledge to improve workflow and achieve business objectives.

Task and Project Management

  • Oversee special projects and drive necessary process improvements.
  • Prioritize and coordinate tasks, ensuring timely completion of objectives.
  • Work under moderate supervision, referring deviations to the supervisor.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Effectively coordinate with various teams to meet business objectives.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to support their administrative needs.
  • Maintain proactive communication and foster teamwork.

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in project management or planning.
  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with process improvement initiatives.
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to take on new challenges.
