Your Role

As a Manufacturing Lead, you will oversee production operations on the night shift, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety practices, and operational goals. This position requires effective leadership, problem-solving, and hands-on support in manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily production workflow by assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring operational goals are achieved.

  • Enforce strict compliance with SOPs, quality specifications, and test methods across the team.

  • Operate, adjust, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment for processes including cutting, cleaning, inspecting, and packaging.

  • Perform in-process quality checks using precision measuring instruments, making accept/reject decisions and corrective actions.

  • Diagnose and resolve equipment or assembly malfunctions to minimize downtime.

  • Promote and maintain a positive safety culture, managing EHS reporting and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

  • Provide instructions for routine work and detailed guidance for new or special projects.

  • Work independently under general supervision to manage team output.

Shift Schedule:

  • Friday – Sunday

  • 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (12-hour night shift)


Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 2+ years of experience in material handling or manufacturing operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient in ERP system transactions

  • Strong working knowledge of GMP, GDP, and ISO standards

  • Skilled in data entry, report generation, and professional communication (email, messaging)


Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay Range: $25.00 – $47.00 per hour
    (Actual compensation depends on location, experience, education, and job-related factors)
