Your Role
As a Manufacturing Lead, you will oversee production operations on the night shift, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety practices, and operational goals. This position requires effective leadership, problem-solving, and hands-on support in manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily production workflow by assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring operational goals are achieved.
Enforce strict compliance with SOPs, quality specifications, and test methods across the team.
Operate, adjust, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment for processes including cutting, cleaning, inspecting, and packaging.
Perform in-process quality checks using precision measuring instruments, making accept/reject decisions and corrective actions.
Diagnose and resolve equipment or assembly malfunctions to minimize downtime.
Promote and maintain a positive safety culture, managing EHS reporting and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Provide instructions for routine work and detailed guidance for new or special projects.
Work independently under general supervision to manage team output.
Shift Schedule:
Friday – Sunday
6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (12-hour night shift)
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in material handling or manufacturing operations
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient in ERP system transactions
Strong working knowledge of GMP, GDP, and ISO standards
Skilled in data entry, report generation, and professional communication (email, messaging)
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $25.00 – $47.00 per hour
(Actual compensation depends on location, experience, education, and job-related factors)
