Position Overview

In this vital manufacturing role, you’ll perform and monitor critical biomanufacturing operations under general supervision, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

  • Shift: 12-hour rotating (7 PM – 7 AM, C Shift)

  • Shift Benefits: +15% differential pay and premium pay for Sunday shifts

  • Training Schedule: Administrative hours (Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM) for the first 2–6 weeks


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform and monitor critical manufacturing processes and validation protocols.

  • Draft, revise, and maintain technical documents such as SOPs, Manufacturing Procedures, and technical reports.

  • Conduct basic troubleshooting and support documentation review for assigned functions.

  • Participate in cross-functional teams representing the Manufacturing department.

  • May own NC/CAPA (Nonconformance/Corrective and Preventive Actions) records.

  • Identify and recommend process improvements in routine operations.


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED + 2 years of manufacturing or operations experience
    OR

  • Associate’s degree + 6 months of manufacturing/operations experience
    OR

  • Bachelor’s degree (no experience required)


Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of single-use biomanufacturing technologies

  • Understanding of CFR and regulatory compliance

  • Strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities

  • Familiarity with lab equipment, DeltaV systems, and analytical testing methods

  • Ability to apply basic chemistry, biology, and physical principles

  • Competence in technical writing, project management, and presentations

  • Basic statistical and mathematical skills

  • Ability to interpret and apply GMP principles
