    About the Job
    Sanofi Global Hub (SGH) is an internal resource organization within Sanofi, designed to centralize processes and activities supporting various functions including Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital. SGH aims to be a strategic partner for global Medical, HEVA (Health Economics and Value Access), and Commercial teams, delivering key support for product development and market access.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Project Management: Manage Evidence Synthesis projects within the portfolio to plan and generate robust health economics and value-based evidence, ensuring alignment with global and U.S. perspectives. Work closely with Global HEVA Business Partners (BPs) and Evidence Synthesis leads.
    • Research Execution: Lead and execute quality research projects, including economic models, trial design recommendations, and other evidence generation activities supporting programs/products.
    • Collaboration: Work with global teams to design and implement innovative evidence-based research programs that align with program/product strategies, contributing to internal decision-making and product life cycle planning.
    • Strategic Innovation: Identify opportunities to innovate and enhance the value identification, evidence generation, and dissemination process to support optimal reimbursement and market access.
    • Content Creation: Develop and review complex HEVA strategic content. Coach and mentor HEVA associates to support their professional growth and expertise.
    • Stakeholder Management: Maintain effective relationships with internal teams like Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Commercial, and Market Access. Assist with providing feedback and enhancing HEVA associates' knowledge sharing.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop evidence generation plans that support pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities for investigational and marketed drugs, including burden of illness studies, epidemiology, literature reviews, meta-analysis, observational studies, economic evaluations, and patient-reported outcomes.
    • Lead the development of Core Value Dossiers (CVD) and AMCP dossiers under the strategic direction of Global HEVA BPs.
    • Manage HEVA strategic evidence generation processes and ensure adherence to evidence generation guidelines and standards.
    • Leverage advanced training tools to enhance the effectiveness of HEVA-related training.

    About You:

    • Experience: 8+ years in HEOR (Health Economics and Outcomes Research) within the pharmaceutical industry, CRO, consultancy, or academia.
    • Skills: Strong analytical ability to translate clinical and economic data into payer evidence strategies. Knowledge of reimbursement decisions, HTA (Health Technology Assessment) reviews, and methods of health economics.
    • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and within cross-functional global teams. Ability to manage multiple projects across various therapeutic areas.
    • Education: Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
    • Languages: Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
