Manager – Healthcare Research & Data Analytics (Hybrid, Karnataka)
Job Summary:
Clarivate is hiring a Manager for its Healthcare Research & Data Analytics division within the Medtech Data Team in Karnataka. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to work on real-world healthcare data projects for leading biopharmaceutical and medical technology clients globally. The position requires expertise in handling large datasets, delivering actionable insights, and leading operations teams in data-driven healthcare research and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand and address Clarivate customers’ pain points by providing data-driven solutions.
Manage and process large datasets for market modeling and business analysis.
Lead an operations team to ensure effective project execution.
Evaluate data outputs for trends, insights, and errors; implement corrective measures.
Design data experiments aimed at customer satisfaction and improved analytics.
Interact directly with clients to translate business requirements into data insights.
Influence the development of Clarivate’s data models, products, and usage strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Biochemical, Biopharmaceutical, or related fields.
Minimum 6 years of experience handling large datasets and variables.
Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (mandatory).
Advanced MS Excel and MS Office skills.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus.
Good grasp of statistical concepts and analytical methodologies.
Secondary research abilities and capability to synthesize findings.
Demonstrated experience in managing short and long-term projects end-to-end.
Preferred Skills:
Understanding of Medtech data specific to Latin American healthcare markets.
Exposure to claims or pharmacy data.
Experience working with third-party data vendors.
