Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end imaging data operations across multiple clinical studies, including analysis, quality control, and data delivery

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design imaging protocols aligned with study goals

  • Implement and oversee quality assurance processes ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 10–20 clinical operations professionals, including onboarding and performance reviews

  • Conduct monthly reviews on study status, risks, mitigations, timelines, and quality trends

  • Stay updated on imaging technology advancements to optimize clinical operations effectiveness

  • Maintain flexibility in working hours according to project and team needs


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Over 10 years of experience in clinical research, specifically within the CRO industry

  • Educational background in Radiology, Biomedical Sciences, Clinical Data Programming, Data Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred

  • Minimum 2–3 years of people management experience with demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities

  • Strong knowledge of imaging technologies, clinical data workflows, data integrity, and regulatory standards (ICH-GCP, FDA)

  • Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced global clinical research environment
