Job Overview
The Manager – Client Success serves as the primary liaison between the organization and its clients, ensuring seamless communication, high client satisfaction, and optimal revenue outcomes. This role is responsible for managing client accounts, resolving escalations, analyzing performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery within the healthcare revenue cycle ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and relationship management

  • Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction

  • Monitor operational workflows and ensure timely completion of all revenue cycle activities

  • Analyze client performance metrics and present actionable insights through reports and dashboards

  • Manage escalations and collaborate with internal teams for timely issue resolution

  • Facilitate internal and external meetings, maintain documentation, and track action items

  • Recommend and implement process improvements based on data analysis and client feedback

  • Support client onboarding and implementation processes

  • Collaborate with finance, HR, compliance, and credentialing teams when required

  • Oversee payor contract negotiations and renewals in coordination with relevant stakeholders

  • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and data security policies

  • Mentor, manage, and support the development of client success team members

Eligibility Criteria

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred

  • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or client-facing roles

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Strong understanding of revenue cycle management (RCM) and medical billing processes

  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and payer systems

  • Excellent client management and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with attention to detail

  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Proven leadership and team management abilities

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
