Job Summary:

Cipla is hiring freshers and final-year students (B.Pharm/B.Sc) for the role of Management Trainee - Women Sales Professional in the Urology Division. This opportunity is ideal for enthusiastic and dynamic female candidates aspiring to build a career in pharmaceutical sales and marketing. The selected candidates will receive structured training, hands-on exposure, and mentorship to develop expertise in sales strategies, customer engagement, and market analysis in the Urology therapeutic segment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong knowledge of Cipla’s urology product portfolio and industry trends.

  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) such as doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.

  • Implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

  • Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and promotional activities.

  • Identify potential customers and work on territory expansion plans.

  • Ensure timely reporting of sales activities and maintain accurate records.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, mentors, and senior sales professionals to develop expertise.

  • Stay updated with regulatory and compliance guidelines.


Qualifications & Eligibility:

  • Education:

    • Freshers or Final Semester Students pursuing B.Pharm / B.Sc.

  • Experience:

    • No prior experience required (Freshers welcome).

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Passion for pharmaceutical sales & marketing.

    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

    • Willingness to travel locally within assigned territory.
