Job Summary

PVpharm is seeking Local Contact Persons for Pharmacovigilance across several countries to support its growing global pharmacovigilance operations. This remote position offers the opportunity to work on international projects with leading pharma clients. As a local PV expert, you will ensure compliance with country-specific legislation, support local safety operations, contribute to risk minimization, and participate in audits and inspections. Ideal for professionals with 2+ years in pharmacovigilance and a strong command of local and English languages.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the designated Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance in your country.

  • Liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with local PV legislation.

  • Provide local pharmacovigilance support including adverse event processing and follow-up.

  • Support the implementation of local Risk Minimization Measures.

  • Establish and maintain local PV systems per company SOPs.

  • Contribute to the preparation of PSURs and other periodic safety reports.

  • Participate in PV audits, inspections, and support CAPA implementation.

  • Conduct local literature monitoring for safety signal detection.

  • Manage project-specific PV tasks across various pharmaceutical engagements.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Degree in Life Sciences or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmacovigilance.

  • Strong knowledge of local PV regulations and requirements.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in local language and English.

  • Spanish language skills are a plus.

  • Responsible, proactive, and quality-driven work ethic.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely.
