We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Analyst – GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) & AI Search Visibility to drive AI-first search visibility strategies for global healthcare and pharmaceutical brands. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in SEO, digital strategy, AI-powered search ecosystems, and stakeholder leadership.


Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Analyst – GEO & AI Search Visibility, you will be responsible for:

  • Defining, owning, and evolving GEO/AIO strategies and frameworks, including hygiene, web architecture, reputation signals, and LLM-first content models for assigned brands.

  • Conducting GEO diagnostics, including AI/LLM answer audits, entity and claim mapping, reputation analysis, and on-page and off-page assessments.

  • Translating insights into prioritized, actionable roadmaps covering content optimization, architecture improvements, off-page signals, and AI visibility measurement.

  • Collaborating closely with SEO, content, medical, creative, analytics, and web teams to ensure GEO is embedded into existing workflows and governance models.

  • Partnering with analytics teams to expand performance measurement beyond traditional SEO into AI visibility KPIs, GEO dashboards, and scorecards.

  • Designing and operationalizing LLM-first content frameworks to support safer, compliant, and high-quality AI-generated responses.

  • Contributing to the development and enhancement of GEO/AIO Labs, benchmarking brand presence across multiple large language models and testing optimization interventions.

  • Preparing and delivering client-facing presentations, POVs, workshops, and training sessions for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Supporting business development initiatives, including solution design, pitch participation, and GEO/AIO case study development.

  • Mentoring junior team members and establishing best practices, playbooks, and delivery standards for GEO execution.

  • Deep understanding of HCP and patient information-seeking behavior across search engines and AI-driven platforms.

  • Data-driven approach to shaping reliable, compliant, and patient-centric AI search outcomes.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, search strategy, content strategy, analytics, or consulting, with strong exposure to SEO.

  • Mandatory agency experience in SEO and GEO/AIO delivery.

  • Experience working with global brands and managing complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.

  • Strong understanding of search behavior, SEO fundamentals, web and content structures, and analytics principles.

  • Working knowledge of AI search ecosystems, LLMs, structured data (schema, OG tags), and knowledge graphs.

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.

  • High ownership mindset with a strong track record of delivering high-impact, complex initiatives.


Good to Have

  • Hands-on experience with SEO and search tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA/GA4), SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.

  • Exposure to Generative AI and LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar tools.

  • Prior experience in team leadership, SEO strategy ownership, or digital transformation initiatives.

  • Pharma or healthcare domain experience (preferred but not mandatory).
