Job Responsibilities

  1. Achieving Targets

    • Achieve division-wise primary target, ensuring it is equal to or greater than the secondary target.
  2. Prescription Generation & Market Share Growth

    • Maximize prescriptions and increase market share.
  3. Stock Management

    • Ensure zero expiry cases on Stockist shelf by timely liquidation of stocks through prescription generation.
  4. Market & Competitor Insights

    • Share competitor and market information with the ABM (Area Business Manager) and Division in a timely manner.
  5. Customer & Stockist Relationship

    • Build and maintain relationships with customers and Stockists.
    • Visit Stockists regularly as per the defined frequency.
  6. Doctor Engagement

    • Ensure doctors are prioritized and visited with the appropriate frequency.
  7. Collaboration for Customer Engagement

    • Leverage managerial, marketing, and support functions to engage with key customers and strengthen relationships.
  8. New Product Introduction

    • Plan and monitor the introduction of new products, ensuring stocking and sales progress.
    • Provide timely information about new products to Stockists.
  9. Reporting

    • Report fieldwork on a daily basis in the assigned online system.
  10. Organizing Camps

    • Organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) camps as per division strategy and customer needs.
  11. Generating POBs

    • Generate Proof of Business (POBs) for Abbott brands as per the business plan.

Required Experience

  • Experience:
    • 2+ years of experience in a related field.
    • Freshers with strong communication and analytical skills may also be considered.

Required Qualifications

  • Educational Requirements:
    • B.Sc. or B. Pharma.
