Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate the accuracy and quality of data to make informed decisions
Conduct outbound calls to business representatives for data verification
Manage and process client requests and transactions efficiently
Handle process transactions with detailed research and judgment
Ensure compliance with client data security and process guidelines
Meet and exceed defined productivity, quality, and process targets
Resolve complex, high-sensitivity escalations while maintaining SLAs
Utilize debugging and internal tools to perform technical investigations
Document processes and maintain structured reports
Adapt to process changes in a dynamic work environment
Work collaboratively with internal teams and communicate effectively across all levels
Provide support for internal training and process improvements
Flexibility to work complete night shifts, including weekends and holidays
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate degree in any discipline
0 to 6 months of professional or process execution (PE) experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
Ability to adapt to frequent process changes
Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
Interpersonal skills to communicate across teams and management levels
Comfortable with night shifts and 24/7 coverage as per business needs
