Job Title: Junior MICC Associate


Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Junior Medical Information Contact Center (MICC) Associate to join our growing Pharmacovigilance team. This role is responsible for managing case intake through calls and emails, supporting documentation processes, and ensuring accurate communication in line with MICC and regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities

Case Intake & Communication

  • Receive and process calls and emails related to:

    • Adverse Events (AEs)

    • Product Quality Complaints (PQCs)

    • Medical Inquiries (MIs)

    • General Inquiries (GIs)

  • Perform case intake, duplicate checks, and case registration

  • Conduct follow-up communications via phone or email to gather missing or additional information

  • Translate inquiries when necessary (to/from English)

Documentation Support

  • Assist in the development of MICC documentation related to each case

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of case records as per SOPs

  • Collaborate with senior MICC team members to support timely and compliant documentation


Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in a Medical Information Contact Center (MICC) or related role in pharmacovigilance

  • Graduate or post-graduate degree in:

    • Life Sciences

    • Pharmacy

    • Dentistry

    • Allied Health Sciences

    • Or other relevant fields


Desirable Skills

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

  • Ability to manage client interactions professionally and clearly

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow SOPs and regulatory protocols

  • Willingness to learn and grow within the MICC function
