Job Summary:

We are hiring a Junior MICC Associate to join our growing team in India. This role offers an exciting opportunity for candidates with a background in life sciences, pharmacy, or allied health to handle case intake, adverse event reporting, and client communication in a pharmacovigilance setting. The position is ideal for individuals with 1–3 years of MICC experience seeking to advance their career in the pharmaceutical industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle calls and emails related to Adverse Events (AE), Product Quality Complaints (PQC), Medical Information (MI), and General Inquiries (GI).

  • Perform case intake, duplicate checks, and registration of cases into the system.

  • Conduct follow-up inquiries via phone and email, including translation of inquiries if needed (non-primary languages to English).

  • Assist in preparing essential documentation required for the MICC processes.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1–3 years in a MICC role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Allied Health Sciences, or related fields.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear and effective client coordination.

  • Ability to perform multiple tasks accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
