Your Role in Global Clinical Operations

As a Clinical Research Scientist, you will play a key role in supporting the preparation and execution of clinical trial procedures globally. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you will contribute to process development, quality management, and vendor coordination within Global Clinical Operations (GCO).


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a global contact for colleagues within and outside GCO regarding internal clinical trial standards and procedures.

  • Maintain and update the GCO vendor portfolio and SharePoint vendor information page.

  • Develop and harmonize global GCO processes, improving existing methodologies.

  • Support the GCO Quality Management System, including managing change requests and tracking document reviews and approvals.

  • Collect and disseminate relevant organizational information within GCO.

  • Collaborate with departments such as Legal, Quality Assurance, and Business Conduct Compliance, and liaise with external partners as needed.

You Are:

  • Organized and detail-oriented: Demonstrating high-quality awareness and the ability to work independently.

  • Efficient: Comfortable multitasking and performing under pressure.

  • Solution-driven: Positive, analytical, and process-oriented.

  • Tech-savvy: Proficient in MS Office with familiarity in SharePoint or willingness to learn new IT systems.

  • Intercultural: Enthusiastic about working in a diverse global environment.

You Have:

  • Educational Background: University degree in natural sciences or a comparable qualification.

  • Experience: Preferred 2 years in the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Language Skills: Fluent in both German and English.
