Job Overview

This diverse role is for dynamic professionals with up to 4 years of experience in JAVA, .NET software engineering, SAP consulting, or data science. Successful candidates will work in a variety of technical disciplines, supporting development, analysis, and consultancy for complex systems and applications across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities

JAVA & .NET Software Engineers

Develop, test, and maintain applications in JAVA or .NET environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing software applications.
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code while adhering to industry best practices.
Perform code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.
Ensure software performance and integration with other systems.

SAP Consultant

Provide support in SAP software configuration, implementation, and integration.
Collaborate with clients to analyze business processes and recommend SAP solutions.
Assist in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting SAP systems.
Create user manuals and provide training to clients on SAP modules.
Contribute to system upgrades, patches, and customizations as required.

Data Science Analyst

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using statistical and machine learning techniques.
Develop algorithms and predictive models to address business needs.
Visualize data insights and present findings to stakeholders.
Use data science tools such as Python, R, and SQL to manipulate and analyze data.
Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Contribute to the development of AI and ML models to optimize business processes.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
0-4 years of experience in relevant roles for JAVA or .NET Software Engineering, SAP consulting, or Data Science.
Proficiency in JAVA, C#, or .NET for software development.
Familiarity with SAP modules and understanding of ERP systems (SAP Consultant role).
Experience with data analysis tools, such as Python, R, or SQL (Data Science Analyst role).
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience in machine learning algorithms and tools (Data Science Analyst role).
Certification in SAP or related technologies is a plus.
Experience with database management and data warehousing solutions.
