Job Purpose
We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our growing team at Navitas Life Sciences. This role focuses on:
Successful delivery of consultancy projects
Managing project workstreams and client relationships
Supporting business development activities
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Management
Lead workstreams or sub-projects independently to build client solutions.
Manage and own the implementation of project elements or workstreams.
Define and understand client needs; lead analysis, design, and implementation of solutions.
Ensure all outputs align with project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
Perform routine project management activities: status reporting, issue/risk management, and stakeholder management.
Maintain proactive client contact through face-to-face meetings, workshops, and project team discussions.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on client projects and/or Navitas Life Sciences PV and Regulatory Networks.
Coach team members in solution design, workshops, and presentations.
Produce client-ready materials and presentations that address business needs effectively.
Business Development
Identify new business opportunities and support client relationship management.
Assist in new business development activities, including proposal development and responding to RFPs.
Contribute to routine account meetings to identify and manage opportunities.
Knowledge Management & Strategic Support
Contribute to collateral development for projects and domain areas (e.g., case studies, PoVs).
Develop and deliver training tools, materials, and knowledge management content.
Support strategic initiatives and management projects within Navitas Life Sciences.
Demonstrate professionalism, responsibility, and ownership of personal development within the organization.
Desirable Skills & Experience
Industry Experience: 5 years in Life Sciences or consulting, including:
2 years in a consulting role and/or
3 years in a Life Sciences/Pharma industry role
