Internship Overview

Join the Clinical Solutions team at Precision for Medicine, where we are harnessing the transformative power of artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and innovation in clinical trial workflows. This internship provides a dynamic, hands-on opportunity to support high-impact digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

Ideal candidates will have training in Good Clinical Practice (GCP), a strong attention to detail, and an interest in AI and digital tools. You'll work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment and contribute directly to impactful projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute ideas and expertise to shape AI strategy and applications

  • Review survey data and assist with structured extraction of feedback related to AI implementation

  • Enter and manage qualitative and quantitative data in designated tools

  • Conduct basic data analyses (e.g., using pivot tables)

  • Participate in and help develop training content for cross-functional teams

  • Support development and organization of a centralized knowledge hub

  • Review documentation related to clinical trial and AI processes

  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating project-related calls

  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track action items

  • Monitor project tasks and follow up on completion statuses


Required Qualifications

  • GCP (Good Clinical Practice) training

  • Strong attention to detail and precision

  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and timelines

  • Effective communicator across both technical and non-technical teams

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint


Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, etc.

  • Experience with project coordination platforms such as MS Project, Teams, and SharePoint
