Overview

Pfizer is undergoing a transformation of its marketing organization to position itself as a leading healthcare and patient-first organization. This role will be instrumental in defining and executing the end-to-end measurement and optimization strategy for PfizerForAll and key Brand Portfolio initiatives.

The Integrated Analytics Lead will report to the Global Lead of Media Measurement & Optimization and oversee the analytics strategy for Pfizer’s Masterbrand at the Biopharma level. The role involves managing omnichannel analytics, data planning, dashboards, and product optimization to support strategic decision-making and improve patient outcomes.


Role Summary

The Director will lead the integrated analytics strategy for the Pfizer brand and create optimization plans for go-to-market, data, and product initiatives. Responsibilities include overseeing a cross-functional analytics team (internal and agency partners) and developing an audience-centric, insight-driven analytics framework aligned with marketing goals.

The ideal candidate will deliver measurable business impact by leveraging data insights to optimize performance across paid, owned, and earned media channels, partnerships, and product strategies.


Key Responsibilities

Analytics Leadership

  • Oversee analytics for the Pfizer brand across the full program ecosystem.
  • Optimize Pfizer’s data landscape and dashboard integration to maximize impact across the portfolio.
  • Develop executive performance reports on media, CRM, product, and partnership analytics.

Strategy and Collaboration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Media, Partnerships, Digital, Product, and GTM teams, to enhance performance.
  • Partner with Commercial Analytics to align MROI models with business impact.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives, integrating paid, owned, earned, and partnership media strategies.

Performance Optimization

  • Implement data-driven audience strategies using insights from CRM and audience intelligence.
  • Develop actionable insights and create strategic optimization plans for marketing initiatives.
  • Drive a seamless connection of multiple data streams for a comprehensive omnichannel view of the patient experience.

Mentorship and Organizational Leadership

  • Serve as a mentor and role model, promoting Pfizer’s core values (Courage, Excellence, Equity, and Joy).
  • Provide ongoing coaching and guidance to foster professional growth and high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 8+ years of marketing and analytics experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong understanding of digital, product, and media analytics.
  • Expertise in customer journey mapping and messaging strategies.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA degree preferred.
  • Experience with leading agencies, technology firms, or consulting partners in advertising and marketing tech.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated executive presence.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills in a matrixed environment.

  • Work Location Assignment: Must work from the assigned Pfizer office 2-3 days per week or as needed.
  • Salary Range: $156,600 to $261,000 annually. Additional benefits include a 20% bonus target, long-term incentive program participation, 401(k) plan with company matching, paid leave, and comprehensive health benefits.
