Job Title: IMS Reporting Specialist I – Hyderabad

Job Summary

Syneos Health is hiring an IMS Reporting Specialist I for its Hyderabad office. This full-time, on-site role is perfect for professionals with 1–3 years of experience in Excel, data reconciliation, clinical trial payments, and reporting. You’ll be part of a global leader in biopharmaceutical solutions, helping drive investigator payment accuracy across clinical trials. This opportunity is ideal for pharma and healthcare professionals with an analytical mindset and experience in financial operations or reporting within clinical research.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform investigator payment reconciliation using Oracle database and internal site contracts

  • Extract and analyze clinical payment data

  • Manage data cleanup and closure processes in MCTMS

  • Reconcile discrepancies in site payment reports and contracts

  • Maintain accurate reporting and documentation of financial transactions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment-related queries

  • Provide support during audits by preparing and validating payment data


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of industry experience (preferably in pharma or clinical research)

  • Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, pivot tables, conditional formatting, data validation)

  • Experience with reporting and data reconciliation

  • Strong communication and documentation skills

  • Preferred: Understanding of clinical research operations or financial auditing

  • Experience using tools like Oracle, CTMS, or MCTMS (preferred but not mandatory)
