Position Summary
The HouseCalls Clinical Team Manager (CTM) will manage the daily operations of field staff Nurse Practitioners under the direction of the Regional Manager. The CTM will support market management strategies, ensure high-quality services to members, monitor performance metrics, and foster internal and external relationships to support business expansion.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Mentor and coach HouseCalls Practitioners (HCPs), providing clinical expertise, program insight, and support in all aspects of the role.
  • Conduct Ride Along visits according to senior leadership guidelines.
  • Assist in hiring and training new HCPs.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise, department, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements, including maintaining security of Protected Health Information (PHI).
  • Oversee all GSS functions, including status changes, terminations, PTO management, and population/network development reconciliation.
  • Perform annual common reviews and manage performance with coaching plans and corrective action where needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure operational efficiency, providing solutions for scheduling, assignments, and staffing.
  • Develop market strategies and present them to senior leadership during Business Reviews.
  • Manage workforce demands, utilizing forecasting models for decision-making.
  • Host monthly team meetings to communicate company goals, performance updates, and address field concerns.
  • Represent HouseCalls with integrity, compassion, and performance, aligning with company values.
  • Develop strategies to increase job satisfaction and reduce turnover rates.
  • Identify key talent and provide career growth opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (Masters or Doctoral prepared).
  • GNP, FNP, ANP, or ACNP board certified or eligible with an unencumbered license to practice in assigned state.
  • 5+ years of clinical practice experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of management and leadership experience.
  • Experience working in a home care setting.
  • Experience in managed care.
  • Knowledge of HEDIS and STAR quality measures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.

Salary Range: $106,800 to $194,200 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include a comprehensive package, incentives, equity stock purchase, and 401k contributions.
