Job Summary

Medpace, a rapidly growing, full-service Clinical Research Organization (CRO), is seeking experienced Clinical Research Associates (CRA) to join our expanding global team. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits at research sites per approved protocols and GCP standards

  • Communicate effectively with investigators, coordinators, and clinical site staff

  • Verify investigator qualifications, site resources, facilities, laboratories, and equipment

  • Ensure accurate documentation of source data versus case report forms, reporting discrepancies per SOPs and regulatory requirements

  • Perform on-site and remote monitoring using a risk-based monitoring approach and integrated CTMS

  • Review regulatory documents, investigational product accountability, and adverse event reporting

  • Assess patient recruitment and retention metrics and provide improvement recommendations

  • Complete monitoring reports, including summaries of deviations, deficiencies, and corrective action plans


Experience & Qualifications Required

  • Minimum 1 year of CRA experience or relevant clinical research experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, life sciences, or related field

  • Ability to travel 60–70% nationwide; remote monitoring may be required

  • Valid driver’s license for site visits

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational abilities
