Position Summary

As a Senior Manager, HEOR Value Writing, you will play a vital role in developing scientific and value-based content to support Health Technology Assessments (HTAs), payer submissions, and market access strategies. You will collaborate cross-functionally and use advanced writing tools, including AI platforms, to ensure timely, compliant, and impactful HEOR deliverables.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and finalize HEOR documents such as:

    • Global Value Dossiers (GVDs)

    • AMCP Dossiers

    • Briefing Books for early HTA advice

    • EU Joint Clinical Assessment dossiers

  • Provide writing support for:

    • Protocols

    • Abstracts

    • Posters

    • Presentations

    • Manuscripts

  • Collaborate with:

    • Clinicians

    • Biostatisticians

    • Scientists to ensure clarity and accuracy in statistical interpretation and data presentation

  • Utilize AI-based authoring tools for drafting and updating documents

  • Manage document review processes, resolve feedback discrepancies

  • Ensure alignment with internal standards and external regulatory guidelines

  • Maintain SOPs and training materials for value writing workflows

  • Lead quality control (QC) checks and recommend process improvements

  • Report to the Head of HTA Strategy & Project Management (HEOR)


Required Qualifications

One of the following combinations of education and experience is required:

2 years in medical writing (biotech/pharma/healthcare)

Master’s Degree

Bachelor’s Degree

Associate’s Degree

10 years

High School Diploma / GED

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent written and spoken English (native level preferred)

  • Detail-oriented with strong editing and document review skills

  • Skilled communicator across diverse internal and external teams

  • Familiarity with tools such as:

    • MS Word

    • Reference management software

    • Document management systems

  • Experience in matrixed cross-functional teams

  • Knowledge of industry standards for HEOR and HTA documentation

  • Proficient in using AI writing tools and automated content platforms


Compensation & Benefits

Annual Salary Range: $147,124 – $173,540 USD

Actual salary will vary based on qualifications, experience, and other job-related factors.
